Worthing D&D Basketball Club is excited to announce the official launch of a new, permanent Community Girls Program.

Following the incredible success of the D&D Girls Summer Skills sessions in 2026, which saw 8 sessions of fun girls basketball training during the school holidays, D&D is making the Girls program official and bringing it in line with the other teams at D&D.

This means regular weekly training and competition opportunities to give young female players long-term development and competition opportunities. Our girls will also get to compete in the Sussex Basketball Association’s Girls Tournaments.

We will be initially accepting all girls aged 8–14 who are still developing their skills or are new to basketball. No experience is required to play, and your first trial session is free.

Training will be Fridays, 7pm–8pm at Worthing High School during term time.

To sign up for your first FREE training session, email us: admin@danddbasketball.co.uk
