Community Basketball for All - All Abilities. All Ages.
Worthing D&D Basketball Club is a volunteer-run community club, started in 1989. We offer a fun, safe place for boys, girls and adults of all ages — to play, train and compete. Whether you are picking up a ball for the first time or have years of experience, this is basketball for all.
Our 300+ members compete in the Sussex County local league with teams at every age group, but winning is never the whole story. Participation and individual development come first, and every child gets the opportunity to play and train with us.
Our sessions are run by experienced, qualified coaches. Many of which played through our program when they were young. Some of our players get the chance to trial for National League teams too, once they're ready.
Many of our players started in our under-9s programme and stay through to under-18s; plenty return after university to our senior teams. We are one big family — and we are always welcoming new members.
