Week #1 Update & Schedule
The first games of the season are here, and the whole club is excited to get started.

The first games of the season are here, and everyone at Worthing D&D is excited! After a brilliant start back in training, our teams are ready to pull on their jerseys, see familiar faces from around Sussex, and play the Basketball they love.
This is week one. The gyms will be busy, the sidelines will be full, and it is going to be a happy week. Whether you are playing or coming along to watch, thank you for being part of it.
Training is on as normal. If you need a reminder about your session, check in with your coach.

Come and support the teams if you can! We are one big community.
Spectator etiquette
We love having lots of parents, family and friends at our games. Please bring as many people as you can to support! A full sideline is one of the best parts of being a community club, and your support means so much to the players.
Please keep your support positive and encouraging. Cheer the good plays, lift the players up when the game gets tough, and keep them going no matter the score.
We ask that EVERYONE stays respectful to all in the building. That includes the table officials, the referees, the opposition, and our own players and coaches. Remember, the players are just kids. They are learning, trying hard, and here to have FUN!
We are a community club. This is Basketball for all.
One final ask: please leave the coaching to the coaches. A player may have been asked to play in a particular way, so extra instructions from the side can be confusing. The best support you can give is to encourage them, enjoy the game, and let them play.
See you at the games. Let's make week one great!
